This garden has a wonderful north and west facing aspect but only functional development had taken place. The existing shed was demolished and new timber ply and batten shed with matching red roof and door has now become both a feature and a water tight functional storage space. The whimsical character of this garden is strengthened by the bricked curved paths that link up the existing deck, the herb and vegetable gardens and the shed. A timber slat screen provides a frame for a lift up washing line but also obscures it from view from the deck and house. Flow from the deck is maintained through wide steps down to the path and grass.
